Roma Plant

Roma Sewage Treatment Plant

With the LNG industry holding a significant presence in Southern Queensland, Enviroflow has supplied a number of STP’s and PWTP’s to the area.  One of the most significant being the 100,000L class “A” sewage treatment plant, installed for a 430 person accommodation camp in the Surat Basin.

Enviroflow was engaged by a large mine operator to design, manufacture and commission a 100,000L/day Sewage Treatment Plant, to class A quality effluent, as well as a 100,000L/day Potable Water treatment Plant using Ultrafiltration.

Cowra Sewage and Water Treatment Plants

Enviroflow was engaged by a large mine operator to design, manufacture and commission a 120,000L/day Sewage Treatment Plant, to class A quality effluent, as well as a 120,000L/day Potable Water treatment Plant using Reverse Osmosis.

The STP was specifically designated by the client to utilise new Moving Bed Bioreactor (MBBR) technology, which Enviroflow’s process and design engineers researched and designed with the short timeframe, ending in a well executed plant being commissioned on site.

KJM Contractors first resource industry contract, and still a part of our port folio. For almost 10 years KJM Transport has been doing regular weekly runs from Adelaide the Challenger Gold Mine, transporting general freight, refrigerated freight and grinding media to site.

Holding Tanks

A number of storage solutions were required by a number of our clients, requiring KJM engineering to design, engineer and manufacture a range of high volume storage tanks meeting strict site compliances. KJM Engineering designed and manufactured a range of 40’ high cube storage tanks, suitable for storage of potable water, fuel and effluent waste.

TransMBR

The business development team in consultation with the enviroflow division recognised a shortfall in the market for advanced Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) sewage treatment plants. As such they proceeded to design the highly technical plant, and engaged KJM Engineering to build the final products.

Camp 12

Camp 12 is a 300 Person Turnkey Camp

This camp required a high specification fully serviced camp to be installed in the Moranbah area. As time was of the essence, the camp in its entirety was required to be built, installed and staffed inside a 3 month window. KJM Contractors utilised its vast resources across several divisions to rise to the challenge and successfully install the camp.

Camp 12

Camp 12 is a 300 person turnkey camp located near Moranbah, Queensland.
Conforming to the highest industry standards, Camp 12 provides comfortable accommodation in large rooms with private ensuites, a large kitchen and dining building as well as ample recreation and gym facilities. The camp was initially installed in March 2012 and is still fully operational and looking at expansion in the near future.

This camp is located in the very remote area around Daly Waters, NT.

The camp is completed with:

  • 6 room accommodation units
  • A double sized kitchen
  • Large two building office similar sized recreation room
  • Gym and communication centre.

Camp 10

Near Emerald, QLD Camp 10 is a long term construction camp

 It houses 70 personnel in our high specification 4 room accommodation units.  Each room has its own ensuite, TV with Cable television, and personal fridge. The camp is located a few hours drive from Emerald and is likely to expand in the near future.

Near Dingo, QLD’ Camp 1 is a short term and mobile seismic camp

This camp is operating at several locations around Dingo, QLD.  Here client required a minimal footprint and rapid deployment ability and took advantage of our 6 room accommodation units to achieve this.
