KJM has developed a service program which gives us a greater scope to maintaining all of our plant and equipment. This enables us to do preventive maintenance which eliminates the risk of break down which in turn reduces down time. KJM have a head mechanic who is in charge of all the mechanics within the Company. The support network is backed up with our new store on site which is fully equipped with spare parts required to enable KJM to do a professional job within a timely fashion. With all of our operators reporting maintenance requirements and also with the A, B & C service sheets we have been able to reduce breakdown and eliminate any customers frustration with equipment arriving late.
KJM’s Director has a Policy to purchase 1 line products across the board. List as follows

By having this Policy in place and proven products & equipment this gives us a smaller spare parts network required which in turn reduces overheads.
